Can I make my purchases without a credit or debit card?
Of course! If you do not have or do not want to use a credit or debit card, you can choose from the order form the cash payment (cash payment to the person who will deliver your order to your place) or pay by bank deposit to one of the affiliates banks.

In which regions can you send an order?
Orders are sent to all addresses within the Greek and Cypriot territories. If you wish to ship products to another country, please contact us by phone at +30 2651 300373 or via e-mail at sales@agema.gr to inform you of the cost of shipping and delivery times.

Can you prepare the products I will order in gift box?
Of course! Just write us in the field “Notes on delivery / Remarks” of the order form that you want a gift box and we will take the rest …

Why do I have to pay for transport costs?
AGEMA works with a courier company to transport our products to you. Despite the high cost of this service, AGEMA has opted for a low low shipping charge across Greece, thus covering part of the transport costs. Also, for purchases over EUR 60, AGEMA covers all transport costs within Greece.

When will I receive my order?
Our products are delivered the next working day after the order is submitted to most of the cities of Greece, as long as the order is entered until 14:00. For orders after 14:00 and / or for distribution to island or inaccessible areas, the courier company may need another business day. Orders sent to Cyprus are delivered in 7-10 days.

Can I change or cancel an order?
Of course you can. The only condition is to let us know by email or by e-mail about the change or cancellation before sending us the products (you are informed by e-mail). Before delivering the products to be shipped to the courier company.

Can I change or return a product I received from www.agemashop.gr?
You have the right to return a product within 30 days from the date of order entry, provided the product is in its original condition, has not been unpacked and has not been used.

Due to a high shipping cost (much higher than what you are charged), we are unable to execute orders of a total value (including shipping costs) of less than € 20.
